Just wanted to make everyone who is getting 22 Minute Hard Corps knows what equipment they need:
- A pull-up bar or resistance band with door attachment (or you can get a kit with multiple bands and the door attachment up to 30 pounds resistance)
- A Beachbody sandbag (this comes with the Challenge Pack) or dumbells
