Country Heat is Here!

And my DVDs are on the way!  Country Heat is the latest fitness program from Beachbody.  Autumn (the creator of 21 Day Fix) leads you step-by-step through all the moves.  I did the sneak peek for this workout a week ago on Beachbody On Demand and it was so fun and really got me out of my comfort zone.  This program is truly for ALL levels and is COMPLETE.

YES!!!  ANYONE truly can do this.  This program is for you no matter if you’re a beginner or someone advanced in their fitness that want something different and fun!  It is great for all ages and sizes because it is low impact.  If you like Zumba or Cize, if you generally don’t like to exercise or if you want a lifestyle change, but aren’t sure where to begin.  This is THE program for you!
I’m usually a lifting weights kind of gal, but I’m trying this.  It is important to try new types of workouts.  The same ole thing works the same ole muscles.  And I really uncoordinated (no really, you’ll be getting some laughs in our group!) so thins will actually be GOOD for me to work on that.
