K10’s Crockpot Turkey Breast

K10’s Crockpot Turkey Breast, really that’s the best you’ve got.  Yup. sorry people.  I majored in math, not creative writing!  And it is Crockpot right?  or is it Crock Pot.  or is it Crock-pot?  And is it “C” or “c?”  Who ever 1. signs up for emails from functionalfitmom.com and 2. leaves a comment on this post first and tells me the right answer gets a free sample of Shakeology.  And you have to tell all of your friends about this website.  🙂  I think it should be one word.  But who knows.

So… I’ve been wanting to make a turkey in the crockpot for a while.  I’ve been scrolling through a bazillion recipes on Pinterest.  And the regular Internet.

Well, this is what I came up with.  My goals were 1. Clean ingredients 2. Yummy 3. Don’t dry it out.

Here’s what I came up with:

Pretty sweet huh?!  I mean it’s not sweet, but it’s sweet.  Know what I’m sayin? It was delicious. And easy!

The turkey breast I had was almost 7 pounds so I had to use my big-momma 8 Qt Crockpot.  I also discovered I need to take turkey carving lessons.  That’s why there’s no pretty plate picture.  But the bird looked pretty tasty on the cutting board.  I served it up with steamed asparagus and a baked sweet potato – super healthy and super yummo!

Now, I got a big container of broth, any ideas what I could do with that?  Maybe a soup?  I’m not really into gravy so, any ideas?
