K10’s Modified Slow Cooker Beef Chili

I posted this picture this AM on social media and had several requests for the recipe. Here it is!

I got this recipe from  https://www.teambeachbody.com/teambeachbodyblog/uncategorized/slow-cooker-beef-chili.  But… I have tweaked it in true FunctionFitMom style!  The original directions were too much work, not enough servings, and for me too spicy.  (So please tweak the chili powder to your taste!)

Ingredients
Servings: 1 cup each
Instructions
  1. Preparation: Spray slow cooker and add all ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Enjoy!
