Leg Lunge Burnout

Alllllllriigghtty runners!  This is a good one for your running muscles!  I call this my 10 Minute Leg Lunge Burnout:  Do each move for 45 seconds, then take a 15 second break.  Feel free to add weight to the lunges and squats.  Just use whatever weight is appropriate for you.  Enjoy!
